Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us & we ensure that all products are quality-checked before dispatch. However, please note the following:
No Returns – Once delivered, items cannot be returned.
No Refunds – Refunds are not issued unless the product is received in a damaged condition during transit.
No Exchanges – We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size, color, or product preference.
Report Issues Within 48 Hours – In case of damage or receiving an incorrect product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Report an Issue?
- Record an unboxing video before opening the parcel completely.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the video and a brief description of the issue.
