You may cancel an order for physical products before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer support team. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original method of payment.

Non-Refundable: Customized or personalized products, final sale items, and any digital content once accessed.
